Carl’s Care Community Cleanup in Suffolk, Virginia
On June 8, 2024, Suffolk, Virginia was buzzing with the enthusiasm of young volunteers during the Carl’s Care Community Cleanup (Children Edition). This event not only provided an excellent opportunity for children to actively participate in cleaning their neighborhood but also offered a hands-on educational experience about environmental issues affecting our world.
Lasting two hours, the event was a resounding success. It fostered a sense of community among the children and taught them the value of environmental stewardship. In addition to the satisfaction of making a tangible difference in their local environment, participants earned volunteer points for school—a great incentive for their efforts.
